SOUNDWAVE REVOLUTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED

We have received confirmation from Soundwave Revolution in regards to the event cancellation.

If you have purchased tickets through the Soundwave Revolution website (blue ticket) this is the refund process:

From Thursday the 18th August refunds will start to be processed. Once your refund has been processed you will receive an email from us as your "Refund Receipt". This means that the money has been transferred from our account to yours. The bank will take up to 7 working days to clear the funds into your account, please be patient and keep an eye on your statement for the funds to appear.

All tickets will be refunded in full, including postage, booking fees and credit card charges.

Due to the amount of tickets to refund, this process will take a substantial amount of time, as such we ask that you please do not contact us via phone or email in regard to your refund until this process is complete.

Any correspondence regarding your refund and it's status will not be replied to until the process is complete. If you have not received any further correspondence from us after Monday the 29th August, please feel free to contact us via email on info@oztix.com.au for an update.

You do not need to send your tickets back - they are now invalid.

Retail sales refund process:

If you purchased tickets from one of our retail outlets you will need to head back there to receive your refund.

All tickets will be refunded in full, including booking fees.
