STEREOSONIC LINEUP ANNOUNCED

After billboards prematurely announced part of the Stereosonic line-up last week, the line-up has been officially announced with Armin Van Burren, LMFAO and Empire Of The Sun in Melbourne and Sydney.

The fifth year of the event had part of its line-up prematurely announced over the weekend, in what was described as a “billboard boob-up” by the official press release mail-out.

Armin Van Burren was in Sydney earlier this year for his A State Of Trance 500 show, which sold old, and it’s also been a big year for LMFAO who held the top spot of the ARIA singles charts for ten weeks with Party Rock Anthem.

Empire Of The Sun are set to make their return to the Australian festival landscape with performances at the Melbourne and Sydney legs, while Bloody Beetroots are expected to previews selections of their new album in DJ sets. The festival is promoting it as a global exclusive.

Once again the Adelaide and Melbourne events will be held on the same day and there are some bands that won’t be making both events. They’re indicated below.
