OWL EYES ANNOUNCES TOUR

In the space of just a few months we’ve seen Owl Eyes blossom from a peripheral presence in Australia’s musical landscape to one of its key players.

She’s played with big name touring acts from around the world, enjoyed a healthy rotation of her single ‘Raiders’ on airwaves across the country and won over countless hearts on a national headline tour of her own.

So what better time could there be to get back on the road and push the envelope that little bit further? Following the digital release of her second EP Raiders last week, Owl Eyes is set to embark on her biggest tour to date.

The 16-date trek will take the unfathomably talented Melburnian to places near and far, playing to the young and young-at-heart, endearing herself to fans new and old. Tour highlights will undoubtedly include a visit to the recently reopened Palais in Hepburn Springs, a hook-up with label mates Stonefield on all Tasmanian dates, and a rare chance for younger fans to check out some live music at an under-18’s show in Hobart.

But then again, witnessing Owl Eyes in the flesh is a highlight in itself.

“‘Raiders’ is the sort of song that will no doubt bewitch the youth…Owl Eyes is showing no signs of slowing down” – Clem Bastow, INPRESS – Single of the week

“This is pure indie pop at its perfectly structured finest.” – Sebastian D’Alonzo, DRUM MEDIA PERTH
