Editors Return to Australia this Dec!

Editors, one of the most iconic bands of the decade, are returning to Australia this December. It will cap off a huge year for the band which will also see the release of their 3rd album, In This Light and On This Evening.

The 2005 debut album from Editors, The Back Room, is already considered a modern rock classic becoming a favourite of music lovers worldwide. The Back Room featured the radio singles 'Bullets' and 'Munich', and gave fans around the world a taste of what was still yet to come from the UK outfit.

2007 saw the release of sophomore album An End Has A Start, with well-loved lead single of the same title, plus "Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors". Album #2 struck a chord with music lovers worldwide and saw Editors playing all the major international festivals including Glastonbury, Oxygen, T in The Park, Wireless, Summersonic, V Festival and Australia's own Splendour In The Grass Festival.

Come October 9, 2009, Editors are releasing album number three in Australia. In This Light and On This Morning sees the band take a significant step forward in sound and will cement the 4 piece as one of the most prominent bands of recent times. The light and shade of this new album heralds the start of a new chapter for Editors, and Aussie audiences will get to experience it first hand when the band head Down Under for a run of dates this December.
