HOMEBAKE 2009 - THE FIFTEENTH ANNIVERSARY!
Fifteen anniversaries can virtually be regarded as a lifetime in any event life cycle – and it's especially true when the focus is entirely based on local (Australian & New Zealand) artistic talent alone. However, those 15 Homebake's have witnessed major international success for many of our featured musicians (& actors). So, in true celebratory style, Homebake follows up on last year's stunning & sold out 'Peace In The Park' extravaganza with a special celebration honouring those of have, are & will succeed - as we play host to a selection of our most famous local artists – especially those through the past few years whom have seemingly made a respected presence on international stages.
Despite the changing face of the world this decade, we can all be proud of many within our entertainment industry for having placed international focus on the incredible talent within our own ‘backyard’ and for this very reason, HOMEBAKE 2009 will honour those appearing on our humble stages – as well as paying homage to the local entertainment industry as a whole.
