YVES KLEIN BLUE & THE HOLIDAYS "The Immaculate Confection Tour"
Yves Klein Blue have taken the music industry by storm in the last 6 months with their colliding mix of classic pop, old punk, polka inspired ditties and indie rock they’ve managed to secure themselves full houses and radio play throughout 2008 and an enthusiastic response for their EP "YVES KLEIN BLUE DRAW ATTENTION TO THEMSELVES" which was released through Dew Process. This could be the last time you can catch these guys live before they release their much anticipated debut album next year. Don’t miss out, it only means you’ll have to deal with even bigger crowds after the album release. The Holidays pop singles “Holiday” and “Telephone” picked up international play from self-titled EP released early 2008 and saw them touring throughout the year with international bands such as The Wombats (UK) and Light Speed Champion (US) and festival appearances at Playground Weekender and Come Together Festival. The Holidays will be releasing their new EP in October. This double headline tour will see both bands rotating with a local opening support in each city. Something not to be missed!
