Tricky - venue change

Due to unforeseen circumstances Tricky's Brisbane show, originally scheduled for Sunday August 3rd at the Arena, will now take place on the same date in the intimate environs of The Zoo.

All tickets purchased for The Arena are valid for The Zoo with no need for an exchange.

Here as one of the headliners at Splendour in the Grass, the intense, intimate, atmospheric, provacative, spooky, brooding, cathartic, confrontational, hypnotic, volatile, enigmatic, mecurial TRICKY will also be treating fans to this sublime sonds at there very special intimate side shows

Starting his musical career as a member of the Bristol-based rap troupe Wild Bunch, who eventually morphed into Massive Attack, Tricky garnered worldwide attention with the release of his first album, Maxinquaye, in 1995 - a stunning debut that defined the trip-hop scene.

Melding a diversity of influences, Tricky has established himself as an artistic revolutionary, regularly plumbing diffferent musical genres and crossing genres from hip-hop, jazz reggae to pop & two-tone, twisting it all into surreal Tricky shapes.
