If you have had tickets posted out:
To obtain a refund on your tickets Oztix will need to receive them back in our office. Please send your tickets to:

QLD 4066

Once we have received the tickets we will refund directly back to the credit card on which the original purchase was made.

If you have an e-ticket:
Oztix will automatically refund the purchase price directly back to the credit card on which the purchase was made.

If you purchased from retail outlet:
All retail outlets have been informed of the refund procedure. Please take your tickets back to the point of purchase to obtain a refund.
